ABOUT

OUR MISSION

“The mission of Mercy15 is to uplift, encourage and support individuals on their mental health journey by sharing faith-centered insights, real-life experiences, and practical tools for emotional and spiritual healing.

Through honest conversations, transparent storytelling, and Scripture-based guidance, I aim to help people feel seen, understood, and supported. Mercy15 exists to remind others that healing is possible, hope is real, and that God’s mercy meets us right where we’re at- mind, heart and spirit.

The goal is to create a safe, loving space where faith and mental wellness come together, inspiring others to grow, heal and walk confidently into the wholeness God has for them.”

VISION STATEMENT

“Where trauma meets mercy and healing begins”

Learning to Love Yourself the Way God Loves You

There comes a moment in life when God invites us to slow down, breathe, and see ourselves through His eyes—not the world’s, not our past, and not our inner critic. Loving yourself isn’t selfish. It’s spiritual. It’s healing. It’s obedience. Scripture tells us to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31), which means God always intended for you to love yourself with grace, compassion, and respect.

But the truth is, many of us struggle to extend to ourselves the same mercy we freely give to others. We beat ourselves up. We minimize our worth. We carry guilt, shame, or old wounds as if they’re part of our identity. Mercy15 is a space where we unlearn those patterns and step into a healthier, more peaceful version of ourselves—spiritually and mentally.
